Standard change-of-mind returns are not offered. Damaged, incorrect or unfulfilled orders can be reviewed for a refund or replacement.
Start with the order
Include the public order token, the email used at checkout and a short description of the issue. Photos or shipment details may help operations review the request.
Manual review
Refund and replacement decisions are reviewed against the order, payment and fulfillment record. Do not send additional payment while a payment or refund question is under review.
