Payment instructions

Payment is selected at checkout and verified by the operations team after an order is created.

Interac

Send payment only to the address shown on your order confirmation. Do not use an address from a saved screenshot or old email.

Crypto

Use the exact amount and network shown on the order page. Submit the transaction ID for manual review.

Status

Order creation and payment confirmation are separate states. The store never marks a payment verified without an operations check.
