How to pay.
Store prices and order totals are recorded in USD. Payment is selected at checkout and verified by the operations team after an order is created.
e-Transfer
Send payment only to the recipient email shown on your order confirmation. The exact amount due is calculated from the USD order total with the latest published Bank of Canada USD/CAD rate at order creation, then rounded to a whole Canadian dollar. The rate and date are saved with the order. Include the order number.
USDC · Ethereum Mainnet
Send the exact USD-denominated USDC amount shown on the order confirmation to the listed Ethereum Mainnet address. No CAD conversion is applied to USDC orders. Use only the payment instructions for that order and submit the Ethereum transaction hash for manual review.
Manual review
Order creation and payment confirmation are separate states. The store never marks a payment verified without an operations check.
